As our Kansas City summer morphs into school days and falling leaves, it is always a joy to have an excuse to peak back at the beauty of the long summer days. Chelsey and Pat’s bright summer wedding day could not have been more perfect. Their classic navy and pink color pallet set the stage for a fun and relaxed day. After a beautiful and heartfelt wedding ceremony the bridal party relaxed and enjoyed each others company at the Cashew in downtown. A gorgeous reception at the Terrace on Grand followed and everyone danced the night away. Enjoy!
From our bride Chelsey:
Favorite Moment of the Day: We had the most perfect day so it’s hard to decide! Pat and I both agreed that the actual ceremony was our favorite part – it felt like we were the only two people in the church. The rest of the day was such a blur but we truly felt present in that moment.
Advice to brides planning in the future: The day goes by so fast so enjoy the planning process and don’t rush through it! I’ll always remember all the adventures of the past year leading up to the big day and those have become part of my wedding memories.
Special thanks to my second photographer Mike Tsai.
