From the moment I met Jennifer and Christopher it was apparent that they were a perfect match for one another. There were so many times throughout their wedding day I caught myself thinking about how happy they both looked for this day to finally be here. Jenn and Chris met online and for years their relationship blossomed through long distance conversations and shared loved of games and superheroes. Their Kansas City wedding at Terrace on Grand was filled to the brim with the sweet details that connected Jenn and Chris and the family and friends that couldn’t have been more excited to see these two wed! Enjoy!
From our bride, Jenn:
Favorite Moment of the Day: Wedding Pinata, the Bar-cade playing Mario Kart, looks on our guests faces when we walked back down the aisle after the fanfare, SPACE JAM (during the introductions), our last dance to “Power of Love” (because its a joke song for us) — There are too many!!!!
Inspiration for the wedding: Geek-Chic lol
Advice to brides planning in the future: To breathe and relax. That things are going to go how they’re going to go and even if something goes poorly, or not as planned, the guests will never realize it. Have them just enjoy the day and take it in. Think this is why I remained (to everyone) so calm. The only thing I freaked out about was the [missing] marriage licence…. Oops.
Special thanks to Kyle Lackey for second shooting with me!
First time I’ve had a wedding piñata. It was such a fun break!
