If there was ever a more classic love story it would be the case of the freshman sweethearts. Libby and Jim met one fateful day in a biology class. And then again in gym class. And life moved in all of its perfect glory and brought them to a stunning June day where they said “I do”.
From our bride Libby: Favorite Moment of the Day: Finally being married to my best friend and celebrating that moment with our closest family and friends made the day so special. The moment it finally sunk in was when I was listening to the homily during the wedding ceremony. I could feel all the love, from Jim beside me, from our support system behind us and from God’s presence with us in our marriage.
Inspiration for the wedding: My dress and the venue. The whole theme for the wedding came together after I had decided both. The champagne hue of the dress, blue beauty of the church, and simplicity of the reception venue helped me pull all of these pieces together.
Advice to brides planning in the future: Surround yourself with experts! This eliminates the need for a wedding planner or a day of coordinator.
Special thanks to Kyle Lackey for second shooting.
